ActivStyle, Inc. is a medical supply company that specializes in incontinence supplies to the in-home patient.  We also provide urological, ostomy, other disposable items, and some low maintenance DME.  We are accredited in Medical Supplies and HME through ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Health Care).  ActivStyle, Inc. is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is the largest insurance reimbursed incontinence supplier in the Midwest.  We are an approved Medicare Part B supplier and a national provider conducting business in 34 states by contracting with Medicaid programs, HMOs and MCOs.

We work directly with case managers, home health nurses, family caregivers, and the individual client.  We dedicate care and attention to assessing the client’s needs to find the product, just right for them.  Once the proper product is selected, we will process all physician and insurance paperwork.  When all documentation is collected, we ship all products directly to the client’s home at no additional cost.
